2. Electronic Services in the Online Shop
- The Services are provided by ADERma Cosmetics free of charge, 24/7.
- ADERma Cosmetics provides the following electronic services:
- User Account,
- Newsletter,
- Enabling Customers to place orders and conclude Sale Agreements.
- Creating an Account is possible after completing the registration form, accepting the Terms, and clicking the “Register” button.
- The Account is provided for an indefinite period and can be removed at any time by request.
- The Newsletter service is voluntary and may be cancelled by unsubscribing at any time.
- The Agreement for enabling the Customer to place orders shall last until the order is placed or abandoned.
- ADERma Cosmetics may terminate the Service Agreement with the Customer giving a 14-day notice for important reasons (e.g. legal changes).
- In case of breach of these Terms and Conditions, ADERma Cosmetics may terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
3. Sales Agreement
- Customers may purchase Products only if they are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- All orders are subject to availability.
- Products may be ordered by adding them to the cart and following the checkout steps.
- After placing an order, the Customer will receive an acknowledgment. The order becomes binding only after ADERma Cosmetics sends an Order Confirmation.
- The Agreement applies only to the products confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
- The Sales Agreement shall be concluded in English.
- Orders can be placed 24/7. An order implies an obligation to pay.
- Products marked “Professional use only” can only be purchased by qualified professionals who meet the requirements for their use.
4. Price & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£), inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.
- Prices may change due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (e.g. VAT rate changes).
- Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
- Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard),
- PayPal,
- Bank Transfer.
- Invoices/receipts are sent electronically to the Customer’s e-mail.
5. Delivery
- Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer in the order form.
- Deliveries are carried out via reputable courier services or Royal Mail.
- The delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch, unless otherwise stated.
- In case of delays, the Customer will be informed and may cancel the order free of charge.
- Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery. Ownership passes after full payment.
- Any shortages or damage must be reported upon delivery and notified to the Seller promptly.
6. Right of Withdrawal
- Customers may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, in original packaging and hygienic condition.
- Returns should be sent to:

- The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products with a short shelf life,

7. Complaints Procedure

Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
