Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high order volume or stock issues, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified via email.
Delivery Options & Times
- We ship orders within the United Kingdom using trusted courier services and Royal Mail.
- Standard delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery options may be available at checkout (where applicable).

Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your shipping details are correct when placing an order. ADERma Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
